At Countrywide Forklift Hire and Sales, we specialise in the long term and short term hire of a range of forklifts depending on your requirements. We also sell second hand forklifts, carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing.
We are an accredited forklift training facility.
Training Courses
We cater for individuals with varying levels of competency. On successful completion of the course candidates will receive a RTITB certificate of competency.

Forklift Hire
Forklifts and electric pallet trucks available with a range of lifting capabilities (1-12 tonne).
Our range includes both electric and diesel models.
We hire on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. (Rate will depend on duration of hire).
Training
We cater for individuals with varying levels of competency. On successful completion of the course candidates will receive a RTITB certificate of competency.
The three categories of training are as follows:
Novice: 4-5 days training. This course is designed for candidates who have no prior forklift driving experience. It covers the basic fundamentals of both driving and operating a counterbalance forklift followed by a theory and practical exam.
Experienced: 2-3 days training. This course is designed for candidates who have previous/ current experience operating a forklift but have never received any formal training. It covers the basic fundamentals of both driving and operating a counterbalance forklift followed by a theory and practical exam.
Refresher: 1 day training course. Designed to comply with Health and Safety Legislation, it is a requirement for operators to refresh their training every 3 years. This course is for experienced operators looking to refresh their operating skills and certification.

RTITB Accredited Training
We also provide RTITB accredited training courses for people with different levels of counterbalance forklift driving experience.
Training sessions can be arranged on the clients own site or in our own premises.
